Training
We LOVE training. Getting new drone pilots off the ground is a big part of what we do here at Hummingbird™. So much so, in fact, that we have a branch of our company that is exclusively dedicated to this goal: FlySmart.
We have taught thousands of hobbyists, new-users and professionals alike, to get the training they require to successfully earn their Pilot Certification from Transport Canada. Our instructors are all experienced in RPAS operations, spending their time when they are not in the classroom, in the field, working with drones. This means that you get real people, flying real drones, in real situations teaching you the ins and outs of the industry.
Our training is live online. You get to participate in a small class environment: ask questions, tell jokes, network with other students, and learn from top industry professionals.
We also offer in person training for groups of 8 or more, and can customize training too! Looking for a mini-drone specific course? Or hoping to learn about using LiDAR data? Perhaps you want to run a summer camp for teenagers! We can help with all of this.
