Project Planning

Once we’ve established the project requirements, we’ll collaborate with you to schedule data collection and set clear deadlines for delivery. Our team is committed to ensuring that the project stays aligned with your timeline and objectives. For the initial consultation, we’ll cover:

Data collection.

Site access is the first and most critical step. The drone will then follow a predefined flight path, taking into account terrain, overlap, and any nearby airspace hazards. Our crews arrive fully equipped with steel-toe boots, high-visibility clothing, and hard hats as well as any additional PPE required for your site. The crew truck is 4x4 enabled and fitted with a beacon light and whip for optimal site navigation and visibility.

Data Processing.

Before leaving the site, our team will conduct an initial review of the data to identify and address any potential discrepancies. The raw data will then be processed using industry leading software, with corrections applied to ground control and base station points. From there, the deliverables will be generated and provided for your review prior to final submission.

Data Delivery.

Your data is delivered either physically or securely hosted on Canadian or US servers, ensuring data security and compliance with local sovereignty and privacy regulations.
